LAS INTERIOR DESIGN OFFERS A HOME STAGING SERVICE, WHICH CAN HELP YOU MAXIMIZE THE POTENTIAL FOR SELLING YOUR HOME.

With the UK housing market becoming more aggressive you need to make sure that your house is one that stands out in buyer's minds. OUR PROFESSIONAL SERVICE WILL SHOW HOW TO INVEST A REASONABLE SUM AND CREATE THAT ALL-IMPORTANT FAVOURABLE FIRST IMPRESSION.

Choose from the following two options:

Option 1: Cost £200

A personal 2 hour consultation with an experienced designer who knows exactly what you need to charge in order to make your house more sellable
A full written report - suggesting colours, furniture placements and which items should be replaced or removed. You'll receive your report within two working days so you can act quickly to kick start start your viewings and receive offers.
A list of suppliers and tradesman who have proved themselves as capable and trustworthy for previous projects
A checklist of do's and don'ts before each viewing so you can subtly influence purchasers as soon as they enter your door.

Option 2: Cost £350

Includes all of the above. But in addition to this you'll also receive:

A follow-up 2 hour consultation when your report will be personally delivered to you by your designer, who will discuss the suggested changes in more detail.
A Mood board with samples. See your new interior before you start.
Detailed cost analysis - know the exact costs of your project.
This report will be personally delivered to you by the designer - when you ask any further questions.

We also supply you with a list of where to purchase all materials needed. We can arrange for the goods that are needed to be delivered directly to your door. (The cost of thr products and delivery will be met by you). If you need extra time with your designer or you have a larger property which might require more time - this will be charged at £50 per hour. We can provide you with a full interior design, decorating and finishing service if needed. LAS Interior Design will contact all the building contractors in your behal, arrange delivery times and make sure everything runs smoothly.

LAS Interior Design also offers a flexible service. Call us or email if you would like a variation of services outlined we will be happy to offer a quotation based on your personal requirements. The cost options listed above are for an average 3 bedroom home including an assessment of outside areas.
